Pros: Everyone made this first trip with this bus line easy and enjoyable. Personable. Bus drivers informative and attentive to all. I will book my trips to Central Oregon with you again. Cons: I don’t have any suggestions or criticisms. Tips: The bus does have WiFi but didn’t always work depending on where we were. Download any books or music you want in case of breaks in the service.

Pros: That the driver was a real good and smooth driver. Cons: The drivers pay or Give driver a baggage helper. To show her, she's doing a good job. Tips: If you're going to need a city bus make sure you book it on the weekdays, because city buses don't run weekends.

Pros: Ease of booking, friendliness and helpful staff in Salem Bus driver attentive and helpful. Cons: Have the Bend station office stay open till passengers arrive. It was closed at 4:30 on Thursday. Tips: It is a pleasant experience and takes all the worry of traveling over the mountain away.

Pros: Just not having to worry about ice, snow, or other drivers on the road. Cons: No problems. Tips: Consider the cost of gas and possible bad weather. It's a good deal. Peace of mind is worth a lot.

Pros: I appreciated the smooth ride, uninterrupted. Through inclement weather and snowy icy roads, the driver went un-phased; Smoothly, through what I consider, scary mountain passes. Thank you for safely and affordably getting me to my family during the holiday. Cons: People. Lol. Other passengers yapped the entire time right behind me. It made it hard to relax. Other passengers could use a bit of empathy and awareness. Nothing, i think, the bus line can do, I fear. Tips: Yes. Shut yer traps. Let people relax or even sleep.

Pros: I like not having to drive to Medford and the scenery is beautiful. Cons: Can not complain it is the only shuttle to and from Medford and Klamath falls Oregon. Tips: Get your tickets online to go from Medford to Klamath falls. Use Wanderu for them.
