Bus was clean and it was a fast trip with few stops

Pros: Staff were super kind and helpful. I appreciate the structure when checking customers in and prioritizing customers with kids and elderly when boarding the bus. Cons: Cleanliness, and asking other customers to be mindful towards others. There was a customer who played music on her portable speakers the whole ride.

Pros: Staff was friendly and informative of the do's and don'ts and the trip agenda. I will patronize again. Cons: Well ..wasn't aware there's only one bathroom option. Understand, if full bus. But the 15 min stop is 5 hrs en route to NYC. Tips: Don't eat or drink if u have any issues (bathroom wise).. come prepared, if so On a different note, I would promote/encourage all to patronize.. I surely will.

Getting together with children

Pros: Good and comfortable. Cons: They should ask to seat handicap seniors and little children not teenager they forgot to call the seniors to board the bus.
