Pros: I got there on time for a good price. Cons: Not much. Tips: If your function at the origin city ends early, take an earlier bus if available. Even if you have to connect (at Port Authority Terminal), you can often successfully stand by for an earlier connection.

Cons: There is a lo of traffic on the way to new york. This should be considered in the timetable. The bus arrived Princeton 30 minted late and got me to new york 2 hours late, so I missed my following bus. Tips: Definitely take the train for this journey.

Pros: Very friendly driver! Cons: Toilets if you ever buy a new bus! The ride was a bit bumpy stop and go an a smoother driving style would have been appreciated (easy to get carsick) but the driver was super lovely and already doing a great job! Tips: There are no toilets so plan accordingly.

Pros: Spac. Cons: The arrival time printed might have been wrong or its just that the bus arrived over 1 ass the indicated arrival time. Well i made it to my other bus ride so it went well. Tips: Expect delays. We didnt leave right on time.

Pros: After the staff member addressed me in an ill-mannered way. I couldn't help put think about how he found me to be so suspicious of having a fake ticket. I just wanted to get home and let my mother know. My mother made it clear, I will not be using your services anymore. Cons: I had paid for an earlier trip. On my ticket it told me where to stand, however, my bus didn't arrive at that location at 6am in the morning. I had to purchase another ticket for 4pm from New York to Princeton, NJ. When the 4 pm bus arrived the staff member questioned if my ticket was fake. Even though, I showed him the email. I felt discriminated against because he didn't think my purchase was legitimate. He also said, "I have to check to make sure it's not fake." How could I have presented a fake ticket with an email from the company. After, that experience I will never use your services again. I don't quite understand why people are always so suspicious of African American people. When all we're trying to do is get from one place to the other honestly. I paid for 3 tickets and only utilized two because the first 6am bus back to Princeton, NJ was not in it's designated area. I wonder if I was of another race would he had questioned my purchased ticket.

Pros: Quietness. Cons: Time to leave NYC. Tips: Just be at the right gate on time. Bathrooms at the gates are not operational until after 4 pm.
