Pros: The seats were comfortable and the vehicle was not too warm. Cons: The pickup location was incorrect. We were told to meet outside the Samesun but it was actually further over at The Red Carpet Inn. The driver drove past but we didn’t know. It was another driver driving past who told us to walk over. Very confusing.

Pros: We had a great service with a lovely driver from Fairy Bus, for a very good price. Tips: Booking through Wanderu saved us quite a lot of money for our service! We were unsure initially about whether the tickets would be processed due to the price difference but tickets were processed promptly and our service was valid. We had a small issue with the tickets when we booked them but the Wanderu customer support was extremely helpful and resolved the situation very quickly. Would recommend to other travellers, there are some great deal available!

Pros: We had the best driver ever! We requested if he could drop us off within downtown area since there were unexpected delays in Ctransit. He didn't even hesitate and even offered to drop us off to the nearest train station in downtown which was very convenient for us! Cons: Communications channel maybe.

Pros: We were the only passengers in the shuttle so we felt like VIPs. The driver was also very relaxed driving. Cons: Everything was good! Maybe just improve the communications channel in case there were delays.
