9 March 2022- Visiting friends

Pros: The excellent, helpful bus driver! He helped me get my ticket printed, as I only had it on my phone. He indicated what desk I needed to go to and who to ask for assistance. His personalism and courteous interactions with customers was exemplary and I complimented him for it. I even asked the entire bus to give him a round of applause for his excellent driving! Cons: The initial ARRIVAL AT THE BUS STATION was awful, because I'd never been there before and naturally went to the front doors of the bus station. I looked for a Wanderu sign but saw nothing... The awful party was that all the glass doors to enter the building were LOCKED! I couldn't get in and began calling out to people inside. Then I saw a gap in the brick wall next to the entrance and begin calling through the gap for help to get in. Thankfully my nephew, who had given me a ride to the station, suggested we go around the back, which we did. I asked someone for the bus to champaign-urbana, and an employee said to go to the red Trailways bus. Please, you really need to make clear on the ticket what the name of the bus is and how to get in the building. It will help all your future clients! Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope it will improve your services. God bless you! Tips: Get there early and make sure you print your ticket first. I don't really know about the WiFi, as I didn't try it.

Pros: It was my first time using mass transportation such as this. I was nervous about the process and anxious about the possibility that I would get lost in an unfamiliar location. The driver was friendly and helpful with my questions and clarified all my confusion. The bus itself was clean and spacious which helped me feel more comfortable and safe. Cons: There wasn’t much signage at the station that signaled where I should wait and if the driver would come inside or we approach the bus. I would appreciate more directions on the boarding ticket itself or at the station.
