Pros: I was very impressed that the bus was exactly on time or a few minutes early throughout the entire trip! Cons: A large sign up front with the INTERNET PASSWORD! Tips: Be on time! Bring Kleenex as the toilet paper had run out b4 the end of the trip. WiFi worked but not all of the time: bring a book.

Pros: Everything was so good , our road view nice , no traffic jam, and most important our driver was so nice (girl driver). Cons: wifi bit slow.

Pros: The driver was friendly and helpful. Cons: The bus was really smelly because of the bathroom at the back. The bathroom should be cleaned regularly or else, it might be better to stop at different bus stops for people to get down and use the bathroom.

Pros: The bus arrived on time and it was a pretty smooth ride. Cons: The entire trip I was listening to the squeaking of a broken seat or window. My ride was 4 hours long and I was getting super annoyed by the squeaking on a quiet bus. I had to put my headphones in the whole trip. I’m pretty sure others were annoyed by it too. Tips: Do not pack big carry ons.

Pros: Trip arrived 25 mins early! Smooth, and a great deal. Cons: I mean the seat was a little cramped. But for ten bucks I really can’t complain.

Pros: Quiet, comfortable, good driver. Cons: reading lights didn't work; no seatbelt on one bus; not sure why my return trip left from 95th and Dan Ryan, which had no indoor place to wait or available bathrooms. Alos the bus left 10 minutes before scheduled time. I was there, but was not expecting bus to leave early. Wifi said it was connected, but didn't work. Tips: Better be there early--bus leaves before it's scheduled to go.
