Pros: The driver was friendly. Cons: The seat was really narrow and could be adjusted much. The restroom was a bit dirty. Tips: Leave your place early because it takes at least one transfer to get to the bus stop.

Pros: My flight was canceled and the bus got me there. Water available. Cons: Bathroom safety, I found it very dangerous to try to go to the bathroom while the vehicle was moving. Tips: Bring snacks and reading material if you’re not sleeping.

Pros: I did appreciate the driver turning the AC on and off without me having to get up and complain. Most drivers keep it on the whole trip and it is freezing. Cons: More leg room. Tips: Great price for a Friday trip and the bus stop is very accessible by train.

Pros: I was had heard that many of the driver's speed and I was nervous about that possibility, but my drivers (both coming and going) drove at a comfortable pace and it was a smooth ride. Cons: Some of the seats were dirty, had stains, that was not appealing. Tips: I almost want to keep it a secret, but I would say take advantage it's a good service for a great price.

Pros: Just about everything was fine; staff was pleasant , price of the fare is unbeatable, driver was professional.. only true complaint is that the bathroom is a health violation. You should treat it as if it were a flat tire . The bus would not be able to leave garage with a flat tire - same concern should be about the bathroom conditions on the bus. I was okay because I'm a man but I would be really upset if I were a woman! Yes regarded as a flat tire it's definitely a hazard. Otherwise, I would have given you a 5-star. But all in all, thanks for the trip. Tips: Give yourself at least a 30 -45 minutes leeway to make sure you're at the right locality as there are many bus lines at the Chrystie street Depot, for example. It could get confusing. You will see people everywhere waiting on lines, looking bewildered.

Pros: It got me there. Cons: The buses were GROSS. The windows weren't even cleaned. The seats were broken. The bus smelled. The AC was broken and it was so hot. Tips: Book with Megabus, not Coach Run.
