Pros: Ride was pleasant and quiet, with no issues. Company was a life saver as an alternative when all Amtrak trains were cancelled. Cons: The bus was quite outdated and had a musty smell. Some seats appeared broken/locked in place and could not be moved. Tips: The price is great to get you where you want to go. Expect moderate comforts.

Pros: Nothing. Cons: The bus ride was freezing that day. Everyone was very uncomfortable. That day outside was 10 degrees feeling like negative 3 degrees n the bus had no heat.
