Pros: The bathroom smell was horrendous from the time of departure and made me nauseous throughout the flight. It became unbearable as we were delayed in traffic for an additional hour. Cons: Clean the bathroom, the filtered water that recycled through the toilet looked like stale urine, there was no tissue by the end of the trip, and the bathroom had no sanitizer or napkins. Tips: You get what you pay for.

Pros: I like the fact it comfortable enough to fall asleep and bus driver drove smoothly enough that I woke up when we got there. Cons: Chargers placed on bus that works. Tips: Great bus service for traveling with safe driver.

Pros: Price was very competitive. Cons: Better signage or way of identifying correct bus to board. I had to ask every bus driver if it was my bus. Enforce non-vaping or at least make an announcement. Tips: Make sure you know your correct seat and have bus driver involved in resolving correct seat assignment since passengers do not know which seats are open.

Pros: On time. Cons: Driver swerved and beeped horn, I was car sick from the motion. More importantly the bus was outdated without WiFi or cup holders. The original bus was advertised as a modern Flix bus then switched day of to Lucky Star. Tips: No WiFi for 5 hours is tough for working people. Also, I’d think the driver would benefit from a stop, 5 hours without a break is rough.

Pros: The driver was pleasant and very helpul. My outlet was not charging so he took my phone and charged it near him. Cons: All was good. They should make it clear that passengers should speak quietly so as not to disturb others. Tips: Get there on time!!
