Pros: I am glad that I got to meet a loved one and to also see how the town is reacting to both the World Cup and Knicks game. It was nice to see diversity, and also to just be present in the moment. Cons: Better bus driver, and bus. If there is an issue with the bus, I am sure many of us would have appreciated if we were made aware beforehand. Our bus driver did not really talk to us, greet, or communicate with us. The bus that I was on with all these problems was JT-124. It was so hot on that bus, all the way to New York, in 102-104 degree weather. We also got into a slight collision, being side swiped by a commercial truck. The outlets also did not work on the bus, and another person told me the WiFi was not working either. Tips: Make sure to bring a fan, or a blanket. Pack extra face towels just in case, and fingers crossed for a cool bus driver, and bus with working AC.

Pros: Staff were super kind and helpful. I appreciate the structure when checking customers in and prioritizing customers with kids and elderly when boarding the bus. Cons: Cleanliness, and asking other customers to be mindful towards others. There was a customer who played music on her portable speakers the whole ride.

Pros: Staff was friendly and informative of the do's and don'ts and the trip agenda. I will patronize again. Cons: Well ..wasn't aware there's only one bathroom option. Understand, if full bus. But the 15 min stop is 5 hrs en route to NYC. Tips: Don't eat or drink if u have any issues (bathroom wise).. come prepared, if so On a different note, I would promote/encourage all to patronize.. I surely will.
