The Fairy Bus passenger reviews
Tips It was around 15 minutes late.
Pros It was a small shuttle, which made it feel private and personalized. There were less stops.
Pros The seats were comfortable and the vehicle was not too warm Cons The pickup location was incorrect. We were told to meet outside the Samesun but it was actually further over at The Red Carpet Inn. The driver drove past but we didn’t know. It was another driver driving past who told us to walk over. Very confusing.
Pros Safe Cons On time (5 min late at the moment)
Pros Good driver. Cons A little more space for my legs and my neighbors. WiFi would be great. Tips Make sure you find the van in the right area.
Pros We had a great service with a lovely driver from Fairy Bus, for a very good price. Tips Booking through Wanderu saved us quite a lot of money for our service! We were unsure initially about whether the tickets would be processed due to the price difference but tickets were processed promptly and our service was valid. We had a small issue with the tickets when we booked them but the Wanderu customer support was extremely helpful and resolved the situation very quickly. Would recommend to other travellers, there are some great deal available!
Pros We had the best driver ever! We requested if he could drop us off within downtown area since there were unexpected delays in Ctransit. He didn't even hesitate and even offered to drop us off to the nearest train station in downtown which was very convenient for us! Cons Communications channel maybe
Pros We were the only passengers in the shuttle so we felt like VIPs. The driver was also very relaxed driving. Cons Everything was good! Maybe just improve the communications channel in case there were delays.

The Fairy Bus Coach Guide & FAQs
No, unfortunately The Fairy Bus does not offer WiFi aboard its coaches at this time. However, we find that a good book makes the time fly by and streaming services like Netflix allow you to download TV shows and films that you can then watch during your trip. Plan ahead and you will stay entertained during the entire coach ride.
The Fairy Bus does not offer power sockets on their coaches at this time. We suggest you charge up your laptop ahead of time and bring a power bank for your phone to extend its battery life for the duration of the trip. And remember—a good book doesn’t require any power.
On a typical day, The Fairy Bus has 861 scheduled coach trips in total. However, the exact departure and arrival times vary depending on the day and route. The best way to find the exact schedule for your trip is to use the search tool on this page.
No, The Fairy Bus does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station.
Yes, The Fairy Bus requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the coach. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, such as a college ID, won’t work.
No, there are no bathrooms available on The Fairy Bus coaches. Though there are no bathrooms onboard, typically breaks are scheduled in the itinerary to allow passengers to use bathroom facilities along the way.
The Fairy Bus does not require a printed ticket to board the coach. Instead, an eTicket is sent to you by email when you make your reservation. You can use your smartphone to show this eTicket to the ticketing agent as you board.
The Fairy Bus focuses on delivering a great travel experience at a low price and currently does not offer premium features like extra legroom or onboard entertainment. But these days, between your laptop, tablet, smartphone and e-reader, you’re the master of your own entertainment even on longer journeys.
