Cons The seating near the bathroom. Bathroom had an odor coming out as the bus was in motion.
Pros So i know Flixbus owned the greyhound, and prior to this trip, I had a very strange and uncomfortable experience with the greyhound driver, namely the fact that he didn't let the two young black girls inside the bus around 6:02 pm especially when the bus was supposed to depart at 6:00 pm (the other lady got in because she arrived early but she was the same ethinicity). This has stuck with me and I seriously thought about writing the serious report to the flixbus becuase there were at least 5 passengers that expressed the discomfort. And around 10:30 pm (i'm giving this time code because I had to memorize it to make sure my report was worth something), the bus driver stopped the bus and threatened to kick another black woman out. I'm also minority and it just bothered me a lot that this was happenning. I seriously request the flixbus management company to investiage this issue. I will be pursuing this to serve the justice. on the contrary, having that super negative expereince, this time, the flixbus driver was the chill and super super easy going. i think this bus dirver should be the role model and set the example of how to treat the customers. Cons more of the bus driver like this. Tips it all depends on teh driver.

FlixBus US Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, no worries! You can cancel your Flix ticket up to 15 minutes before departure and get a refund as a voucher. The amount you get back depends on when you cancel:
Less than 2 days before: 25% refund 2 to 6 days before: 50% refund 7 to 29 days before: 75% refund 30 days or more before: 100% refund

In addition to 24-hour assistance during your trip and other benefits, trip protection can help you get your money back in case you need to cancel or change your FlixBus booking. You may file a claim to be reimbursed if you do not travel on your coach trip due to covered reasons such as extreme weather, illness, or required work shifts.
FlixBus US Baggage Policy
Carry On Bags: You can bring one bag up to 25 lbs (or 11 kg) on to the coach with you with dimensions of up to 16 x 12 x 7 inches (or 40 x 30 x 18 cm). The bag must be able to fit into the overhead bin or fully under the seat in front of you.
Checked Baggage: You are allowed to bring one bag that will be placed under the coach for the duration of your trip. Each bag needs to weigh no more than 50 lbs (or 23 kg), with dimensions of up to 31 x 20 x 12 inches (or 79 x 51 x 30 cm). You are also allowed to bring one additional checked bag for a fee of $9.99. You can add the additional bag to your booking during checkout.
Keep in mind that there is limited space on the coach, so if you are planning to bring an extra checked bag, make sure you book your trip as early as possible.
Travelling on FlixBus US with Disabilities
FlixBus US provides accessible transport to passengers with disabilities or limited mobility. ADA-recognized service animals and mobility devices like wheelchairs can be transported free of charge for ticketed passengers with disabilities.
If you’d like to travel with a wheelchair, you can indicate the number of wheelchairs or mobility devices you’ll be travelling with during the booking process. Upon arrival, the driver can assist you with boarding via a hydraulic lift.
