Pros
Bus driver and counter person were helpful.
Cons
The bus dropped me off in a super seedy location. The interim 'but stops' were in the middle of nowhere without a place to get a bottle of water or anything. WIFI was promised. Couldn't get it to work.

Pros
The ride was on time.
Cons
The bus driver only spoke spanish and the bus stopped multiple times along the way which was odd because on those stops no one go on or off. The bus was cramped and was playing an obnoxious movie in dubbed Spanish so if you wanted to sleep, good luck. The ride was fast ...More
Tips
If you need to be there in a rush then i guess this bus is the way to go. Just don't arrive there at night because the drop off location is really ghetto ( around the Japanese Fish Market )

Pros
the driver mad eit there in a timely fashion. very short stops enough to let people get off and use amenities or while at their drop off point.
Cons
I think you guys are doing a great job. maybe fix some of the storage above the seats so they close properly or the ones that have no door
Tips
bring a neck rest. seats are a little small for your butt

Pros
Clean and comfortable
Cons
No English spoken by bus drivers on bus trip so I didn’t completely understand drivers instructions. I didn’t mind it so much tho’ - “no harm no foul”
Tips
May be late sometimes but when riding a bus state to state, it can be anticipated if not expected - so chill and enjoy the ride.

Is there WiFi on a Tufesa International coach?

Yes Tufesa International offers WiFi connection onboard their coach trips. Though most trips with Tufesa International will have WiFi as advertised, some trips might not come equipped with WiFi, and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a film just to play it safe. Tufesa International WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favourite show.

Are there power points on a Tufesa International coach? Are there USB points?

Yes, there are power points onboard Tufesa International coach trips. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbour might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power points, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a power point USB converter that typically comes with most phones and tablets. Since Tufesa International might sometimes use replacement coach vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.

Does Tufesa International offer will call tickets, that you pick up at the station?

No, currently Tufesa International does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station or stop.

Do you need an ID to get on a Tufesa International coach?

Yes, Tufesa International requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the coach. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, like a university ID, won’t work.

Can you use your phone to board Tufesa International?

Yes, you can use your phone to get onboard Tufesa International coach. Simply show your confirmation code on your phone to the agent. If you booked on Wanderu, confirmation codes for your upcoming trip are in your My Trips for most carriers.

Are there toilets on Tufesa International coaches?

Yes, there are toilets on Tufesa International coach trips. The cubicles are pretty basic and include a toilet, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Most cubicles don’t have running water. As you will be using a toilet on a moving vehicle, please use caution and hold on to a rail at all times.

Are meals or drinks offered onboard Tufesa International trips?

Tufesa International does not offer meals or drinks onboard. We recommend you bring a drink and some snacks for your trip. We also suggest packing a reusable water bottle with you to reduce your impact on the environment. Most carriers, though, do not allow you to bring your own alcoholic drinks.

Does Tufesa International offer any premium features like extra legroom, films, or TV?

Tufesa International goes the extra distance to deliver up-class offerings to its customers. Movies are provided during the coach trip to keep you entertained. Don’t forget to bring your favorite pair of headphones, as not all carriers offer headphones on the coach. We recommend in-ear noise cancelling headphones as the best choice for the frequent traveler due to their small size.
