Pros: The scenery and all the different people I got to meet while on the bus. Cons: What can be approved is to put laminated Wi-Fi papers around the bus because the bus driver is very busy so don’t wanna get up to ask him for the password even though he said it on the loudspeaker but a lot of people are talking so you would be able not to hear him or her. Tips: No tips.

Pros: The driver was amazing! She was enthusiatic and friendly. The customer service Himanshi was THE BEST! I ran into an issue with missing my bus and they were so great and patient with me although I was panicking. I'll always choose you guys now! Cons: Loyalty points or program. I use this bus alot and i wouldn't look around by price if I felt like a member or had more incentives. Tips: Keep using you! Great customer service and professionality!
