Pros: The sites I was able to see and spending time with family. Cons: Be more courteous to the elderly . Ensure that they don't miss there stop to get off the bus when they have arrived. Tips: Be kind to one another.

Pros: Nothing. The AC wasn't working well, the bus was hot the entire ride. The air valve over my seat was broken. Cons: The check in process at 152 E Broadway was absolute chaos. People yelling, pushing, unable to understand the staff at all, no clear instructions regarding seating or details about potential stops or route changes. Very unorganized. The driver was speeding, the whole bus was swaying and felt like tipping over when taking curves or bends in the road. Made me very nervous. Tips: Pack patience. Arrive early and ask about seating.

There was no air conditioning the entire ride during a historic heatwave where temperatures reached up at 101°. The company was underprepared, despite various warnings beforehand of the expected weather and temperatures.

Pros: I got to my destination safely and on time. Also it was quiet on the bus going. There was no talking or arguing on the bus. Cons: The seats are not comfortable and you use to have a 10:00 am bus please try to bring it back if you can. Thank You!

Pros: The trip went well! We really enjoyed when he stopped and gave us a 10 min. Break at a rest stop that plenty of options to eat. Tge bathrooms were also very clean at the rest stop! Cons: Keeping bus bathrooms disinfected and clean after every stop.

Be exact on timing and stops. I choose no stops and the bus stopped 5 times. instead not arriving at 11:45 pm I arrived at 12:30 am,

Pros: Ride was pleasant and quiet, with no issues. Company was a life saver as an alternative when all Amtrak trains were cancelled. Cons: The bus was quite outdated and had a musty smell. Some seats appeared broken/locked in place and could not be moved. Tips: The price is great to get you where you want to go. Expect moderate comforts.
