Pros: I liked that the driver, in spite of being delayed by heavy traffic, got to my destination on time. Cons: I was expecting a deluxe Greyhound Bus and to my dismay found myself on a shuttle bus for a long ride home. It was nearly full, there wasn't enough room up front for all the suit cases. It was very cramped and not very enjoyable. So I would imagine there is room for improvement. Thanx for asking. Tips: Make people aware that this ride is no longer connected to Greyhound and they will be riding on a small shuttle service for what I believe was the same price for the Greyhound Bus and not nearly as comfortable. That way travelers will have some idea of what to expect.
