Pros: Very transparent bus driver as the Engine Light came on and he announced the plan for the transition to a new bus. The transition only took 15 minutes, including all of the baggage being transferred. Cons: Bus driver should have started boarding us earlier so we could have left on time. Also, the bus smelled some of cigarettes.

Pros: Driver was good and I got To My destination on time. Cons: Not much. Tips: I recommend to take the bus.

Pros: it was a smooth and easy process. Cons: the bus was not equipped with chargers, and the driver did not alert us if there were any. Tips: arrive early and it will go well! I would recommend a day time bus ride.

Pros: Professional driver. Did not worry about the snow on the ground or paying tolls. Quick and easy. Cons: The seat on this bus was not comfortable and the seatbelt was not accessible. Neither was true on my originating trip with the same driver. Also, the foot rests are awkward and annoying. Could use better ventilation: It was no fault of the driver that a passenger was ill and vomited in the lavatory. He handled it well, made sure the passenger did not need to go to a hospital, and did what he could to constrain the affected area for the comfort and safety for the remaining passengers.
