Pros Peaceful Tips The travelers can count on Jet Set
Pros Driver was really well behaved. Cons Seats and charging points. Tips Very good
Pros The driver was very experienced communicated well provided a great service. Cons I could have used a little bit more leg room, but I'm over 6ft 🤷🏽♂️ Tips The bus leaves on time and arrives on time so make sure you're on time 🙂
Pros The bus driver was very personable and friendly and funny
Pros Very pleasant, excellent driver. This time I enjoyed the bus wifi. Good connection. Cons Encouraging travelers to empty their next seat at the stops so new passengers can choose their seats. Tips Recommended 100%
Pros It was on time
Pros was great Cons the sound of people speaking could get better Tips ok
Pros The ride and the location is clean and the workers are so nice Cons Nothing
Pros Driver friendly, polite and helpful. On time arrivals and departures. Clean bus. Cons A sign to prohibit passengers to place their bags on the next seat, this makes next stop passengers to believe they are taken. They either carry it or put in the assigned spaces on top of the seats. Driver had to actually announced it for people not to remain standing. Thank you. Tips Traveling is comfortable and buses are well kept clean.
Pros Comfty, on time, and fast Cons To have the baggage tag and get check by the driver when passengers step out, other may take someone else belongings on purpose or by error. Tips No
Pros Excellent and polite driver
Pros The stops were good for the time that it took to get to my final destination. Cons Seats could be vacuumed and at least washed with soapy water and a rag. The time of arrival was past the scheduled time, I get traffic and other unforseen circumstances but this was more about the stop times at the stops. That should be included in the time schedule to have a more accurate time of arrival. Tips Keep in mind that you will experience what you pay for. There's NO eating on the bus, and the lav smelled horrible. The wifi wasn't working properly and the seats are dirty. I had to check my bookbag because the driver insisted it wasnt going to fit in the bus, but my husband's bookbag who was larger than mine was ok.
Pros On time and fast Cons Its everything ok Tips Nothing to say
Pros On time and how quickly I arrived to my destination! Cons Seat space is too cramp , mind you I am a 5 ft female not chubby .
Pros Punctuality
Pros very Good
Pros I really liked the atmosphere, the food, and getting to explore new places. It was relaxing and fun, and I enjoyed the experience overall. Cons N/A Tips No
Pros friendly driver very safe and secure
Pros Trip was on point Cons Nothing Tips Don’t hesitate to book your trip
Pros How the trip was a smooth ride the entire time Cons Nothing Tips Lean back, sleep, enjoy the ride

Jet Set Express Bus Guide & FAQs
Yes, Jet Set Express offers WiFi on their buses. Although most trips with Jet Set Express will have WiFi as advertised, some buses might not come equipped with WiFi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. Jet Set Express WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.
Yes, there are power outlets onboard Jet Set Express buses. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbor might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power outlets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a USB power adapter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.
Since Jet Set Express might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend bringing a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.
On a typical day, Jet Set Express has 196 scheduled bus trips in total. However, the exact departure and arrival times vary depending on the day and route. The best way to find the exact schedule for your trip is to use the search tool on this page.
No, Jet Set Express does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station.
Yes, Jet Set Express requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the bus. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, such as a college ID, won’t work.
Yes, there are bathrooms on Jet Set Express buses. The bathrooms are pretty basic and include a toilet, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Most bathrooms don’t have running water. As you will be using a bathroom on a moving vehicle, please use caution and hold on to a rail at all times.
Jet Set Express does not offer meals or beverages onboard. We recommend you bring a drink and some snacks for your trip. We also suggest packing a reusable water bottle with you to reduce your impact on the environment. However, note that most buses do not allow you to bring your own alcoholic drinks.
No printed tickets are needed to board Jet Set Express buses. A Jet Set Express agent will greet you with a passenger list and will mark off your name as you board. So simple!
Jet Set Express goes the extra distance to deliver premium features to its customers.
Movies are provided during the bus trip to keep you entertained. Don’t forget to bring your favorite pair of headphones, as headphones are not always included on the bus. We recommend in-ear noise cancelling headphones due to their small size.
