June 22, 2026- Visiting family

Los Angeles to Enterprise

Pros: I didn't like it. We were thrown out of the office into a bad area of town with crazy homeless people all around. Some very aggressive. We felt in danger the whole time we waited over an hr for the bus to arrive. They just said the bus will be here soon we are closed and wait outside. One of the owners came in to close the office. Short sticky guy about 35 with a mustache short hair. He left right after. Closing the office. Cons: Be more responsible. Tips: Dintcount on the bus to be on time. Area is very dangerous. Beware. Is Downtown Los Angeles.

May 20, 2026- Solo travel

Las Vegas to Los Angeles

Pros: it was really quick and driver knew his routes - he took a detour due to road construction and we still arrived on time! Cons: communication was mostly in Spanish due to their target market. a little more english would be nice. Seating is also a little tight. Tips: Bus actually leaves 10 minutes earlier than scheduled! Thankfully they called me to confirm and inform me, but they are REALLY strict on time. Call them if anything - they're really communicative over the phone. If you leave anything on the car, call dispatch and their next office will hold onto it for you.
