    Pros At first we were confused because at the address that you gave us we did not see any bus but food establishments it's good that I have the idea to contact with the office. I rather suggest to inform passengers ahead on what to do when at the designated area. We were expecting to get a big bus however we are very comfortable on our way to our destination and we were 1hr ahead of time. The bus driver was so kind enough and I appreciate very much for helping us on our luggages. Cons Inform passengers of the kind of transportation to be provided.
