Pros: Driver worked hard to get us to the bus station in time. Coach was 1 hrs 47 mins late (RTA blocking riad in Sheffield). He gave helpful advice to passengers who had missed their connections as a result. Cons: There was no information at Victoria about where the bus was and why it was late until a brief announcement 5 mins before departure. Then there was nothing fir egat seemed like hours. Why doesn't Metrobus have bettter info or an open desk at the bus station? Nothing on the website either. Shocking service in this day and age.

Pros: Excellent service delivery. Cons: Timing. The bus arrived at Victoria time about 25 minutes late. Tips: Apart from the timing, every other things considered perfect.

Pros: The trip was actually operated by the Citylink bus. Everything was perfect, especially the staff and driver who are very flexible to allow us to take an earlier bus instead of waiting for our originally scheduled one due to our earlier arrival at the bus station. Cons: Keep doing the excellent work!

Pros: The seats are very very uncomfortable. Fixed into a leaning position. My charger USB didn't work and couldn't connect to internet going and coming back. Cons: Usb port, seats, internet provision.

Pros: I think they can improve on time as most I end turning up late to work 😴 and it's not good to my records. Thanks. Cons: Timing. Tips: Go for it, it worth it!

Pros: The trip overall was lovely. Multiple interactions with Megabus staff and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this way of getting from London to Edinburgh to just about anyone (though I'm not sure how well they can accommodate those with limited mobility). The landscape along the way is gorgeous, this is a great way of seeing some of the countryside. Cons: My only complaint would be that, as much as I'm grateful to have had bathroom facilities available on board, I do wish the rest of the bus wouldn't have smelled of those facilities throughout the trip. Tips: Please manage your expectations and be reasonable. I feel like so many of the complaints I saw before my own experience now seem like people who wanted a first class experience at bargain prices. At under $20, I was grateful for a clean, reasonably comfortable seat from point A to point B with a driver who clearly did that route often and wasn't being reckless about it. No unnecessary detours, we left on time and yes, we did arrive late but when I looked back I don't see how we could have done it faster (safely). We did encounter some construction along the route, so maybe try to factor that possibility into your journey as well.

Pros: The first hour was nice when I had a seat to myself. Cons: There was a fair bit of overlap on seats and we were delayed at every turn. Especially at the beginning the driver did not adequately explain what exactly was being transferred from one bus to another which we had to wait for longer than the five minutes he said. Again: what cargo was it we were waiting on for 20 minutes? Tips: If you’re going from Leeds bus station the boarding bits are separated by company but there is no distinction between what is a coach and what is a bus so look out for that.

Pros: Nice car and clean with good driver. Cons: timing was not good enough, waited for almost an hr before the bus came. Tips: In general, it's good bargain if you are not in haste as you may out due to delay.
