Pros: The man that collects tickets was very helpful when I was looking for a working bathroom. He took me there himself. Very nice. Cons: Power outlet didn’t work. Needed to move to a different seat. Tips: Don’t talk so loud on phone. Other people don’t want to listen to your conversation.

Pros: Leaves and arrives on time! Seats are comfortable and roomy enough. I will take the Amtrak train again! Cons: Restroom is ok but it could be better! Tips: Relax, bring your own entertainment, take a nap! Be on time!
