In addition, there is also a customer service and ticket kiosk where station staff can answer any questions you may have. The Amtrak Station at 8303 NW 37th Ave in Miami opened in 1978 as the southern destination of Amtrak's Silver Service trains. Parking is available at the station, and at the large waiting area inside, you'll find vending machines, restrooms, and on-site Amtrak customer service staff. The train station is located in the Hialeah area of Miami, just a few blocks from the Tri-Rail and Metrorail Transfer Station, making it easy to connect with public transit lines to other areas of sunny Miami.
