February 4, 2024- Solo travel

Amtrak Northeast Regional

My friend and I had a trip scheduled to leave at 10:52 but wanted an earlier ride back and were graciously helped by the front desk and help desk at Penn Station. We were able to get tickets to a delayed train departing at 9:08 quickly and easily. The Penn Station staff were so helpful and supportive, and it was hands down my best Amtrak experience due to their guidance and help. Excellent team, Baltimore!
