Pros: Relaxing vs driving Roomy Comfortable Air conditioned Cold coffee option Easily accessible Good location stop at the end for me. Cons: Maybe a touch cleaner WiFi a bit spotty Workers doing their job (as it was a full train) but a little friendlier on the rules -like the word please added might have been a nice touch;-).

Pros: Nice and comfortable... Cons: Nothing much really...Very good. Tips: Wifi Connectivity is an issue as it's expected in a moving train. Other than that, excellent staff, service and ride all along.

Pros: porter in chicago checked my bags in for the Calif. zephyr while I sat in the cart then drove me right to my departure gate. train car was cleaner than the last time oil took the train to chicago. Cons: updated, improved bathrooms, bumpy tracks fixed. Tips: troy station really nice to leave from.
