Pros: porter in chicago checked my bags in for the Calif. zephyr while I sat in the cart then drove me right to my departure gate. train car was cleaner than the last time oil took the train to chicago. Cons: updated, improved bathrooms, bumpy tracks fixed. Tips: troy station really nice to leave from.
