Really spacious train with comfy seats and directed onto train very clearly so no one was confused or without a seat!
Cons
Possibly a greater selection of coffees/foods - but understand it is a relatively short train trip so wouldn’t have expected a huge selection.
Tips
Always arrive with ample time to spare! This ensures you’re not rushing around before your journey!

I wanted to upgrade to business class fror my trip home, but couldn't, even though there were plenty of empty seats.

Arrived 30 minutes late, the train station had very long lines and none of the staff were available to assist or answer questions.
