Pros: Easy way to travel. Cons: It’s not Amtrak’s fault, but the station in Holland was closed. We had to stand outside in wind and very cold temps waiting for the train. It was miserable. Reliable WiFi would be nice.

Pros: allows you to relax and leave the driving to others. Cons: Station was closed and it was cold. Lots of small kids and babies were out in the cold and wind. Tips: Dress warm in case station is closed.

Pros: Convenience of booking the trip, the options for seats and the overall location (Holland and Chicago). Cons: Would love another option during the day but that’s about it. Tips: Great overall experience and very quick. The conductors were super friendly.
