Amtrak
Pros: Love the ability to get up and walk around and the value of being comfortable was amazing. Cons: None at this time.

Amtrak Carolinian
Pros: So convenient and relaxing—so much better than driving! Cons: Very little needs to be improved! Perhaps allowing passengers to spread out more (especially seniors like me with Covid vulnerability). On thé 5:30 train, everyone had to sit next to someone—and I assume there was additional seating in other cars. Tips: Keep choosing, and supporting, train travel! I use it regularly just to spend the day with a friend in a town that’s an hour’s drive away, and it is great not to be limited to travelling only well before or after rush hours at each end of the day.

Amtrak
Pros: All the employees were exceptionally helpful and friendly; no question was left unanswered and no service failed to be accompanied by a smile. Cons: An update to the arrival time recommendations would be helpful; I arrived much earlier than necessary for the amount of business the station was getting at that time of day.
