Pros: I had no real issues with the trip at all. Staff was friendly but they could have used a few more of them. The seat was not uncomfortable at all and the train seemed very nice, and new. I arrived at my destination exactly as scheduled. Cons: Have all passengers check larger bags that don’t fit in the overhead compartment so they aren’t blocking other passengers or aisles. Tips: If traveling in coach, bring a blanket and neck pillow. A small cooler with food a drinks is a good idea too.
