A covered boarding area runs the length of St. Paul Street, where passengers board local transit, Vermont Translines, Greyhound, and Amtrak Thruway buses. Although there is no indoor waiting area, there are usually staff at the station if you need information. The station is extremely convenient, located right next to Burlington's charming pedestrian mall, Church Street Marketplace, in the center of town.
