There should be a link or a website with updates, where one could check what is happening, and when the bus will actually be arriving. We were left with no information, all the passengers were just waiting, totally confused. We eventually arrived to NYC some 1.5 hours late - someone should have proactively given us an update on how long (approximately) it would take the bus to go through the traffic. Ultimately, your buses go to NYC every day at the peak hours - why don't you collect the data and make a reasonable estimate about how much time it will take for the bus to arrive? It would be more fair.
