Pros: One of the drivers was so helpful. He allowed the last two people to come on the bus. HE helped me find a LIFT driver when we arrived. He really went the extra mile to be helpful. It was incredible. Really incredible. What a valuable person and employee. Gave the company a great Name and Reputation. Cons: Didnt want to arrive late but it was ok. Tips: Be flexible with your connecting arrangements in case the bus is late.
