Pros: The ride was good they just put us out on the street in the rain. Cons: If the train is not working let the people know I was looking forward to riding the train I paid for on line and got to the station to find out it was a bus. Tips: Let people know when they go on line that the train is not working I think they should give a discount.

Pros: Overall trip was fine. Customers weren't clear on location direction of busses. One rider didn't understand he was to transfer in DC and screwed his whole trip was very angry because he didn't follow travel instructions. The driver wasn't at fault but someone should have clarified bus direction. He was going to Charlotte not Richmond which he had to purchase another ticket back to DC and then change. I kept asking to get clarification. Cons: Seating needs to be better defined. Some drivers say any seat but customers search for noted seats. Either general seating or specific markings for assignment. Tips: Ask questions where bus is traveling and where is bus transfer. Patience and willingness to grab any seat available to move process along. Drivers are limited in language but competent drivers i felt safe. I have a CDL enjoyable cheap ride.

Pros: I arrived safely. Cons: The stop over venue in Richmond can be improved upon, looking unkempt. Tips: No problem, we enjoyed the Wi-Fi and the smooth ride.

Pros: I liked that it was fairly quiet and some of the seats reclined. Cons: All of the seats can recline. The lights above head turn on. The air condition above head is stronger. Tips: Keep your valubales with you, travel light!

Pros: Not that bad experience price wise better then other carrier. Cons: Time almost should be punctual and in time and even early is better so customers feel comfortable. Place where we board as far as possible if agent or staff be there so that it attracts more Travellers to take wanda bus. Driver should let Travellers ahead of time stop area arrival time etal. Trip was told 4 hours took little more than 5 plus hours but unnecessary stopover made the trip longer so it can be improved and maintain the timing will be great. Tips: Mostly wearing mask appreciate all use face mask comfortable to all of the passengers on board.

Pros: OurBus continues to be my favorite and most hassle-free way to get around along the east coast. Great prices, clean buses, and while it should be true everywhere, I appreciate that OurBus never overbooks and always honors a ticket purchase. Tips: Use OurBus. It's one of the best companies on the east coast.

Cons: My bus was an hour late and we got to my destination an hour and a half later than we were supposed to. Very bad experience. Tips: Do not ride Wanda coach.

Pros: Everything was on time and the stations where easily readable. Cons: Maybe put tables in the back of the seats, because some people like to study during the bus ride.

Pros: The price is great, and the bus comes with wifi. It departed and arrived on time. Cons: The bus driver constantly honked and was rather rude. He did not help passengers take out their luggages, and I had to climb all the way inside, towards the other side of the bus, in order to retrieve my suitcase. The bus could use some more leg room – this was worse than economy seats on an airplane! The seats themselves were also very uncomfortable. I don't understand why the seatbelt has to be on the back of the seat – it constantly poked my back and made my experience even worse.
