Pros: The bus ride from NYC to the Pocono Mountains was pleasant and seamless. The bus driver was nice and accommodating. Cons: The bus could be cleaner. Tips: None.

Pros: I was short and sweet. It was a crowded bus ride and many of the passengers had their personal belongings in empty seats making it difficult to find a seat. Cons: Make sure enforcement is in place. This would avoid confrontation. Tips: Arrive early so you can the seat of your choice.

Pros: Short trip, pretty quiet and smooth boarding and departure. Cons: Outlets didn't work and screens on bus turned on momentarily just to all turn back off. Tips: Arrive early and line up.

Pros: I liked the beautiful views. But my legs were pressed against the seat in front of me. Probably because the IDIOT in front of me reclined without taking a second to think about how that would affect me… Cons: The passenger in front of me could have been removed. Tips: It’s a dog eat dog world.

Pros: We left on time. Cons: We were more than 30min late in both directions, about 45/50min... expected arrival times should be updated. The buses were fine, but on the older side. Tips: Expect to arrive later than indicated.
