Pros: This was my first time riding the Amtrak and it was such a smooth and comfortable experience! I had a lot of anxiety when it came to navigating the route, but the staff made everything very stress free! Cons: If I could suggest anything, it would be to enforce large parties to have a volume restriction. That’s the only thing I can think of, everything was pretty solid. Tips: Arriving early is always the way to go.

Pros: This was a great experience! We loved our seats and that once arriving in town, we were refreshed and ready to go. It was great to have access to the dining car and large bathrooms throughout the trip. Cons: It was a little confusing when choosing seats upon boarding. It would've been great if people had explained that when we were lined up. Tips: Get in line right away so you can pick good seats. 50% of the train has seats that face the direction of your travels.

Pros: Everything is good. From booking, station ambience, staff courtesies, operations efficiency, cleanliness of train, leg-room, punctuality, all are of highest grade. Thank you for excellent travel experience. Cons: Please provide wifi onboard. Tips: If you have time on hand, this is the best mode of transport.

Pros: Lots and lots of space, comfy seats. Cons: There was no WiFi and they haven't returned the observation car to the Texas Eagle route yet.

Pros: Smooth ride and the announcements of the stops. Cons: You had help getting on the train but then we had to go up many steps with two nice size luggage bags, leg brace on and an 83yrs old senior citizen with knee problem then if you had to use the bathroom you had to go back down. this made it terrible. This what needs to most definitely worked on. Tips: Not at this time all complain about steps.
