Wellington is a small market town in the county of Somerset, in southwest England. The town was put on the map by the Fox Family in the 18th century, whose integrated wool mill was largely responsible for Wellington's growth and prosperity. Sampling the local food is easy in Wellington, as it was recently designated a "Food Town."
