Pros: The Peter Pan bus I took was squeaky clean and very comfortable. The trip was made special by the bus driver named "Marielle". She was funny, jovial, caring, kind, and a credit to Peter Pan. Cons: Nothing that I can think of. Tips: As I am unable to drive due to vision problems, I managed to navigate a solo trip to Providence, RI I took one bus from NH to South Station in Boston, then connected with the Peter Pan bus to Providence. Marielle was a wonderful driver, and she made the trip so pleasant!

Pros: There was a restroom onboard. Cons: Departure procedure at Boston Terminal quite confusing as Staff not particularly helpful with information and instructions before boarding. Tips: Make sure to get to the Boston Bus Terminal well before departure in order to find out which gate the bus leaves from - the gate indicated on the ticket not the same as actual departure gate.
