Pros: The staff interaction was always professional and courteous and the departure and arrival times along with the driving skills of the drivers were excellent. Cons: The trip was a treat for 3 friends. For the most part we enjoyed the trip going and returning. Two things we feel could be improved it's the length of time at stops. 10 minutes is a little hard when you have a full bus with most people needing to use the bathroom. The other is, the odor on the bathrooms on the buses could certainly be improved. Tips: I don't recall whether WiFi was working or not.
