Pros: The driver and the way he takes good care of the bus. The way he talks to all of the people, the way he makes sure the bus is clean and everybody knows the expectations. He is very entertaining too. I solo travel frequently and I have never met any driver like him. I know this man genuinely loves his job, and it shows! We were traveling through a nor’easter, and he made sure we didn’t feel scared or anxious despite the weather. He kept reassuring us, entertained us throughout the ride, made us laugh, and kept the atmosphere light even while we were traveling through such bad weather. You could really tell that he cared about his passengers and wanted everyone to feel safe and comfortable. What could have been a very stressful and nerve-racking trip actually became a memorable one because of him. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Enjoy the ride!
