Pros Very convenient and cheap. Perfect!
Pros I have a good trip back home Cons Just bathroom Tips No
Pros Ease of getting to destination and back Cons Cleanliness of bathroom Tips Pack a neck pillow and throw
Pros 4 hours delay was a little too much to take. Cons I hope you can improve as well as the one in route of Chicago to Cleveland. Tips They were nice. I did not hear a single complain about the delay.
Cons I didn't travel during the pandemic.
Pros I will use the train more often and have told many people about it. Comfortable, nice staff, good stories. Cons Can't think of anything for this trip Tips Enjoy
Pros Very pleasant environment.
Pros the view Cons it's slow Tips enjoy the ride.
Cons The ticket taker saw that we had two large pieces of luggage, yet then assigned us seats at the far end of the car instead of giving us seats near where luggage is stored so we could keep an eye on it. We were some of the first to board, so that could easily have been done. Tips If you have large luggage that won't fit in the overhead bins, ask for a seat assignment near the space large luggage is meant to be stored.
Pros Very Quiet Commute No Loud Boisterous noises nor outburst. Cons That our lay over for trains to pass be more time earlier to prevent lateness’s Tips Be patient an Amtrak Will be there to pick you up.
Pros Seats are marvelous Cons The speed. Amtrak needs faster cars Tips use train as much as you can
Pros NOT having to wear a mask; besides, they don't work anyway. Cons Our train had to spend over an hour on a siding waiting for a freight train to pass - 40 mins. spent waiting for the freight train to reach us, another 20 mins. for the freight to pass, and another 10 mins. before we got moving. Understandable since there are few tracks for both carriers - freight & passengers. Tips Plan ahead. Always an important step in the process.
Pros Great conductors and staff. Cons Wifi barely worked. That’s a large part of my choice not to drive or fly.
Pros And was very quiet Cons And was very quiet Tips When you have your approval number you still gotta go to the window to get your ticket
Pros The staff interacted well with my children and we were able to board earlier to ensure the seats were all close to each other. Cons We rode Coach class into DC and Upgraded to Business Class for the ride home. There was no clear difference other than the amount of money I spent.. and a free soda. Tips If you can .. sit in the cafe area.. you can sit with your family and play games.
