New York to Springfield

Pros: I like the convenience. Cons: I travel to and from NY monthly. This trip back was a little hectic. I was trying to get on a earlier bus because of the weather and was unable too. I was on the 2.22.26 Sunday 3:30pm to Springfield and the driver was driving reckless, blowing the horn at cars, driving up on cars, switching lanes recklessly, and driving fast. I was scared. I couldn’t even use the bathroom and get back to my seat safely. I understand he was trying to get in front of the weather, however, his driving was reckless and his behavior toward people was rude at times. Tips: NA.

Pros: The driver was very nice and courteous. He gave us cold bottle water and the bus was clean with an outlet to charge my phone. Tips: This trip to DC drops you right into the heart of the city. If you don't have lots of bags it's the perfect option.

Pros: Allowed order outlets work on the bus I love that it didn’t smell, and it was very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Cons: For my trip, there’s nothing to improve. Tips: Make sure you are on time because the bus do leave on time and on the website it says a certain about hours, but sometimes you can arrive early so just stay on top of that.

BestBus Cancellation Policy

BestBus tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, you can place your reservation “on hold” and receive a BestBus travel credit for a future trip, as long as you do so more than 24 hours before the bus is scheduled to depart. To place your reservation on hold, go to BestBus’ website to look up your reservation, and you will have the option of rescheduling your trip or placing the trip on hold. Once your ticket is on hold, you will receive a travel credit which can be used to schedule a new trip with BestBus for up to a year after your original purchase date.

BestBus tickets can be easily changed online following the same process. There is no fee for changing your ticket, but a difference in price would be charged if you exchange your trip for a more expensive ticket. Any changes must be submitted at least 24 hours before the original departure time.
