Pros: The bus was really nice and spacious! Even when people were reclined we still had plenty of room. I appreciated the trash bags at each seat, the working outlets and more than anything. The free Wi-Fi! Cons: The second half bus driver who took over the drive was then worst part of the trip. I myself was traveling with two young boys, and I was absolutely amazed at how well the younger children on the bus were behaving. There was no yelling, no crying, no wandering or running around.... he made two very rude announcements telling the kids they were being too loud (they werent at all) and that he didn't want to have yo say it again. Yet several adults were talking on their phone on speakerphone, and he didn't say anything. I was literally scared for the rest of the bus ride for my 9 year old to talk to me at all. It's hard enough traveling alone with kids and his threatening tone and attitude were so completely unwarranted. I wish you could go back and look at the videotape and listen to how quiet these children were being. LOVED the bus, LOATHED the driver.

Pros: We had a 30min delay due the initial bus did not have a/c. Worth the wait to get a bus w/ a/c. The man who checked us in, did so in advance, so we could readily board. Also, as I’m having to use a cane, he let me board 1st, so I could get a seat I didn’t have to walk to the back for. Very nice. Cons: Wi-fi access. Tips: Bring a sweater as the a/c can get cold. They warmed it a bit after pit stop.

Pros: I like that it was quiet. Cons: As a working professional, I want the wifi to work very well, the wifi of the bus was super slow and in half of the trip it didn't work.

Pros: The bus was on time and they gave complementary water. There was not alot of noise on the bus as well. Cons: Everything was perfect. Tips: Try to be on time for this bus. They arrive on time and leave on time.

Pros: provided water, spacious and comfortable seat, good driving, and good communication. Cons: the trip was a little late, but appreciate the good communication about that.

Pros: Convenience. Cons: Outlet at my seat didn’t work. Need to check and confirm all work and make it known which do and don’t work. Tips: Arrive early to get best pick of seats.

I would like to complain about the bus driver. During the trip, the driver pulled into a parking lot and told my husband that his phone conversation was distracting him. We felt this was unnecessary and handled in an unprofessional manner.

Pros: It was safe. Cons: Snacks. Tips: The bus makes one stop and you have 15 min to rest or buy food.

Pros: On the bus? Had my own seat which was very nice. Driver provided water bottles which was very nice and I needed one! Cons: Needed a shade on my side because the sun was very bright. Tips: Keep the phone conversation quiet and minimal.

Pros: I like the convenience. Cons: I travel to and from NY monthly. This trip back was a little hectic. I was trying to get on a earlier bus because of the weather and was unable too. I was on the 2.22.26 Sunday 3:30pm to Springfield and the driver was driving reckless, blowing the horn at cars, driving up on cars, switching lanes recklessly, and driving fast. I was scared. I couldn’t even use the bathroom and get back to my seat safely. I understand he was trying to get in front of the weather, however, his driving was reckless and his behavior toward people was rude at times. Tips: NA.

Pros: The driver was very nice and courteous. He gave us cold bottle water and the bus was clean with an outlet to charge my phone. Tips: This trip to DC drops you right into the heart of the city. If you don't have lots of bags it's the perfect option.
