The seating space was very cramped; I am pregnant, and the bus arrived an hour and a half late. I felt tired, and I couldn't recline my seat because there was no room.

Pros: It was smooth. We even fell asleep during the duration of the travel. My kids loved it! Cons: Nothing. We liked it so far. My only concern is. We left our 1 carry on luggage full of shoes. I already emailed GoBuses but haven’t heard from them yet if it is found or not. Our travel was July 13 at 10:30 am from New York to Washington DC(Tyson).

Pros: The driver left exactly on time and drove well. Very quiet on the bus. Clean toilet area. Tips: Get there on time and if on cellphones, talk wuietly.

Pros: The temperature was good. Cons: The bathroom. The curtain was disgusting. The toilet barely flushed. The door was broken and the handle tied to a trash bag and the seat in front of it. Every person had to undo it and figure out how to tie it back. We sat next to it and alternately had to hold the door shut for people using it or listen to it opening and closing as we went down the road. It was a lot.

Pros: On time departure and arrival. Cons: Bathroom door was not working, so no one could use bathroom for entire journey. Large Thrash bags were tied to seats and started leaking after a while. Passengers were on speakers phones disturbing other passengers and the driver did not announce in the beginning that speaker phones are not allowed and people should be considerate to other passengers, The power point was not working.

Pros: Driver drove well and made good time despite traffic and weather conditions. Cons: The driver did not take out the luggage on to the curb. I had to climb deep into the luggage hold and retrieve my bag.

The driver took us despite the bus AC being broken and it was over 100 outside and inside the bus. After over two hours driving us in the heat, he pulled over without communicating with us what was happening. He then said we needed to switch buses and insisted one was coming right away, but we waited over half an hour. He then forgot to close the luggage areas of the bus, and when we were on the highway, realized that luggage was falling out of the bus. So he then left the bus on the side of the highway to run and find the luggage. When we finally arrived at our next stop, he had in fact, lost someone’s luggage. And by the time we reached our final destination, we were an hour and a half late. At no point during any of these issues was he communicating with the guests on the bus what was happening, how long we were going to be delayed, or the truth about what was actually happening. I definitely felt unsafe, and someone lost all of their belongings.

Cons: The A/C on the bus was not working at all. The ride was one of the hottest I have ever had to endure. When we switched buses, which delayed our arrival time severely, it didn't really get better. The second bus had some air blowing, but was still hot and I kept sweating for the remainder of the ride. Tips: Make sure everything is okay before you depart and if it is not satisfactory, demand changes before departure. After departure, there is no recourse.

Pros: good price, didnt have to go into boston and it was on time. Cons: seating was a little tight for me. Tips: none.

Pros: It was ok there was no foot rest on the GoBus, we were late by a couple of hours partly dur to traffic but we also stopped near Hartford CT to pick up a driver. Cons: Communication on why we are late, make seats more comfortable by adding footrests.

Pros: The bus driver was nice. Cons: Online the the ride was advertised as 4.5 hours, I understand that it is difficult to account for traffic, but there was barely any traffic while at the first stop the bus driver said the ETA would be 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs past the original ETA, potential traffic should be included in the original time so we could plan accordingly. It’s better to arrive earlier than the ETA than 2 hours later. Tips: They will be late because the original purchased his time doesn’t account for any room for error.

Pros: It was a peaceful ride - even during traffic. Cons: A foot rest on the bus would be nice. The chairs are close to each other.

The air conditioning in the bus was VERY cold making the trip a bit uncomfortable. There is no need for air conditioning when the weather is not hot and humid. It was cool outside. The vent over my seat could not be closed so there were cold drafts throughout the trip. There should always be a way for passengers to avoid the air conditioning if it has to be on. Not everybody likes air flowing during the trip.
