Pros: The trip was great..The drivers were excellent! Very professional and calm. I felt very safe. We were late because a drunk passenger caused a scene, and was abusive to our driver. Cons: Perhaps being able to tilt the chairs back a bit. So you can rest. Tips: Bring water..and a snack...

Pros: The bus was comfortable ..the drivers were excellent! The driver that took over in Merritt even helped me off and on the bus..(80 yrs old). Cons: The timeliness.. I know traffic and road conditions are in predictable.. but I felt that 1 hour 5 minutes was quite long!! Also charging $5.00 per bag to store in the Kelowna station, due to the late arrival, was excessive! Tips: Bring water, and a snack.

Cons: definition of non stop. We left late and have numerous stops and unscheduled breaks. Ended up one hour late. Tips: bring ear plugs.

Pros: The operator was awesome. He was friendly, patient, very knowledgeable. Cons: Change the pit stop should to a better location where it's easy to get a cup of coffee, snacks, and even the washrooms. We had to use washrooms at a circle K, which sucks. The pit stop to Calgary was the worst I've ever stopped at.

Pros: Bus left on time and the stops were short. I also liked having internet. Cons: Person talking loudly on a speaker cell phone behind me was very annoying. This should not be allowed. The bus driver told her to turn it off but she continued talking loudly without the speaker on. It was not a short call. Tips: Arrive early in case the bus fills and can depart early.

Pros: Comfortable bus and smooth driving on the road. Cons: Some snacks on the bus won't be a bad idea. Tips: An enjoyable ride awaits you.

Pros: The driver was awesome. Cons: Counting a hand bag as luggage is not the best . I had to carry my documents in my hand cause I was told my hand bag is counted as luggage. Tips: I recommend.

Pros: It was an excellent trip. Extremely punctual, well behaved staff and professional approach..Really liked the trip. Cons: There should be a seat pocket to keep mobile and all small essential items. Also a hand rest between two seats would be helpful. Tips: Highly recommend to take this bus service.

Pros: Went to Kelowna and back from Vancouver The 4 bus drivers were very good gentlemen, the drive was smooth, they were all very kind and helpful ! All four of them ! Great highlight !!! Cons: The return coach didn't have any electricity 🔌 and no wifi. My phone was at 10% when I got in because I had a busy day. I had to get to the airport without battery in my cellphone at midnight because we got some traffic.... Wasn't great ! And I expected to work on the bus which I couldn't.... Tips: We hit a traffic jam on the way to Kelowna and back. Both time we arrived 2h late at our destination. Not the busses fault but good to know if you have something planned on arrival (someone picking you up or a flight to catch...). Also, plug in 🔌 and wifi weren't working on the way back so make sure you charge your devise properly before you get on the bus !

Pros: The drivers on both legs of the trip were friendly and nice - accommodative. Cons: The departure times on both legs were late. The departure from Kelowna was almost two (2) hours late and the one from Abbotsford was less than an hour late. So that needs to be improved. I know several challenges can developed along the road that can cause these delays but it messes up with passengers appointments. The wifi was available but not strong enough. Tips: I would recommend the ebus to other travelers.
