It's better also to inform us through call or text that the bus will be delayed. Sometimes I could not open emails . Like me. I was not able to read the email. Read it late. Was in the bus stop already. Then received email again that another 25 minutes delay, another 25 minutes delay. Anyways, it can't be avoided. Then the password of wifi should be seen and available inside the bus. No need to ask the driver. And then driver should announce every next stop in advance. Since there is no monitor in front. Thanks

Pros: Didn't get into a car crash. Cons: Be on time, don't advertise direct travel if there will be stops in between. Tips: Bus was late, bus stopped at several extra stops that were not on the schedule.

Pros: reached on time. reasonable price, clean vicle only WiFi not available. Cons: Only utilize WiFi especially for airport trip really needed. Tips: It is good joice comfortable and clean, reached on time but no WiFi service on the trip.

Pros: The bus was on time but the stopping location was changed, without notifying the travellers so many passengers missed the bus. Cons: Need to notify travellers regarding change of the stop location,. Tips: Make sure to check the bus stop location,.

Pros: Was able to have two seats which was nice and roomy. Drivers were great! Cons: I was surprised when we had to change from the bus to suvs to drive from the airport to downtown. The suv driver was very nice and helpful.

Pros: The ONEX bus was on time and the driver put my suitcase in a section with others going where I was going. Good for quick retrieval. The bus was full. The price of the trip was excellent. Cons: I’ll be happy to use the ONEX bus again. Tips: I’m not sure about the WiFi on board. I read a book instead of using my iPaf.

I am extremly dissapointed with the attitdue and unhelpfulness of the employess on the phone. My bus was 30 minitues late, and when I called to ask where the bus was they gave me attitude and we're extremley dissrespectful. I was late for my meeting due to the bus being late.

Pros: Bus was on time, comfortable and spacious. Cons: Driver was on the phone for entire 2 hour trip, I was unable to rest and did not feel he should be sharing the conversation with travellers. Tips: Safety and courtesy are important and should be noted.
