You can also bring one small hand luggage bag that can fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you.

Some of the most popular routes in OurBus’ network include Boston—New York, Philadelphia—Washington, D.C., Ithaca—New York, and Baltimore—Richmond.

OurBus offered Wi-Fi on some of their coaches, but it's important to note that the availability of Wi-Fi can vary depending on the specific coach and route you choose. Coach companies often provide Wi-Fi as an amenity on select routes and vehicles, but it may not be available on every coach in their fleet.

To connect to the Wi-Fi on an OurBus, follow these general steps. Please note that specific instructions may vary depending on the coach and the type of Wi-Fi system they have, so it's a good idea to ask the coach driver or a coach attendant for assistance if you encounter any issues.

Enable Wi-Fi on Your Device: First, make sure that the Wi-Fi function on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone is turned on.

Scan for Available Networks: In the Wi-Fi settings on your device, scan for available Wi-Fi networks. You should see the OurBus Wi-Fi network listed.

Connect to the OurBus Wi-Fi Network: Select the OurBus Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks on your device.

Enter the Wi-Fi Password (if required): Some Wi-Fi networks, including those on coaches, may be password-protected. If prompted, enter the Wi-Fi password. This password is usually provided by the coach driver or a coach attendant. If you don't see a password listed or provided, you can ask the driver or attendant for it.

Accept the Terms and Conditions (if required): In some cases, you might need to accept the terms and conditions of use before you can access the internet. This often appears as a pop-up or webpage that opens when you first connect to the Wi-Fi network. Review and accept the terms as required.

Connect to the Internet: Once you've successfully connected to the OurBus Wi-Fi network and completed any required steps, you should have internet access. You can open your web browser and start using the internet as usual.

Keep in mind that the specific process might differ based on the Wi-Fi system used by OurBus at the time of your journey. If you encounter any difficulties or have questions about connecting to the Wi-Fi, don't hesitate to ask the coach driver or a coach attendant for assistance, as they are usually familiar with the Wi-Fi setup on that particular coach.

Yes, there are power sockets onboard OurBus coaches. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbour might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power sockets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a USB power adapter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.

Since OurBus might sometimes use replacement coach vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend bringing a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.

On a typical day, OurBus has 2,172 scheduled coach trips in total. However, the exact departure and arrival times vary depending on the day and route. The best way to find the exact schedule for your trip is to use the search tool on this page.

You’d be happy to find out that OurBus has a very flexible cancellation policy. While the carrier does not offer refunds on booked tickets, you are able to cancel your ticket up to 24 hours prior to departure in exchange for credit in the amount you paid for it. You will then have five years to use that credit for another OurBus booking.

Keep in mind that you will need to pay the difference in case the new ticket you book is more expensive than the original ticket that you cancelled.

While not a requirement, a valid government-issued photo ID is always good to bring in case you need to verify your booking. If you purchased a discounted fare (such as for students or seniors), you may need to provide proof of eligibility.

Yes, there are bathrooms on OurBus coaches. The bathrooms are pretty basic and include a toilet, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Most bathrooms don’t have running water. As you will be using a bathroom on a moving vehicle, please use caution and hold on to a rail at all times.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed on OurBus vehicles. The only exception is for trained service animals that are assisting passengers. Service animals need to be harnessed and under control for the duration of the trip.

OurBus does not require a printed ticket to board the coach. Instead, an eTicket is sent to you by email when you make your reservation. You can use your smartphone to show this eTicket to the ticketing agent as you board.

OurBus goes the extra distance to deliver premium features to its customers.

Do you find yourself squished in a regular seat or just love having extra room to sprawl out? Well you’re in luck as OurBus offers extra legroom seating. Since there is no standard of what extra legroom is, the extra space you get may vary between coach lines, but getting extra is always good.

OurBus does not allow minors to travel alone. All passengers under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
