Pros: Once on the bus, everything went so smoothly! Cons: It was hard to figure out where to print our tickets, and whether or not we had to print our tickets. We arrived early to figure it out, but nearly missed our bus bc things weren’t always clear. Also, the charging ports on the bus were all broken. Tips: Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer to help prevent the spread of disease!

I took a bus from Port Authority, New York City to Ithaca, NY. The bus was on time leaving and arriving. I even slept most of the way. No muss, no fuss.

Pros: I liked that there were a decent amount of empty seats for people to sleep. Cons: The outlets weren't working. Tips: Don't buy tickets last minute.

We changed the bus on the way, because ours got broken. Check your buses before the trip, please.

Pros: Nothing much, the trip implied making only one stop, whereas we made several stops. The lights were on the whole time, and I couldn’t sleep. Cons: The seats are in bad shape, not enough room for legs, also arrangement of the seats can be improved, also the lamps inside the bus should be dimmer. Tips: Bring sleep mask, those passengers travelling from Ithaca should be seated at the end of the bus to avoid discomfort from boarding passengers.

In the ticket that was emailed to me, there was no information for the logistics particularly one important thing that I am supposed to get the ticket printed at the Port Authority Terminal and the online PDF version of the ticket is not applicable. That almost made me lose the trip, only due to the generous nature of the staff they allowed me in or else I would have missed the bus. Please improve upon that aspect!

Pros: Not having the headache of driving. Cons: I loved the foot rests on the first bus, but second did not have them, sadly. Tips: Enjoy the view. Take a snack.

Pros: Pretty good except for the drivers. Cons: Drivers were miserable, the first one liked humiliating and yelling at people that were getting on the bus. Tips: You are made to get off at Binghamton and get a cardboard ticket at the office, there was quite a bit of confusion about which office.

Make it a little bit cheaper

Pros: My Travel was good and also the Bus took me to my destination on time. Cons: Seats could me more cleans and seat spacing can be increased for more comfortability. Tips: Surely this travels can be prefered.

Pros: The price, the amount of people, space. Cons: The random stops. Tips: Good ride came faster than expected especially with the numerous stops. Would recommend.

Cons: Staff were extremely rude. There are no signs for the ticketing and you shouldnt have to get a ticket to get on the bus when you already have booked and paid for the reservation online, the confirmation email gives very poor directions to find the ticketing window and also make it very unclear that you need ot get a paper ticket at all. You should at least have the option to print the ticket at home. Because of the extremely unhelpful staff I was unable to find the ticket booth on time and missed my bus. Awful - I will never ever, ever ride on a shortline or coach bus ever again. Tips: Don't use this bus service.

The driver was funny and engaging. Made a 4hr+ trip go by super quickly! Such an amazing experience!

Pros: Traffic wasn't bad at all. Cons: Wi-Fi could be better. Tips: N/A.
