Pros: When I got to Union Station, I was immediately helped by VIA staff to show me where to catch the train. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I was stressed about taking the train as this was my first time. I immediately felt at ease as the staff were so helpful and professional. Thank you. Cons: I have no complaints. Everything was fine. Tips: Make sure you arrive a little early as staff have to confirm your COVID vaccination. So be prepared.
