Pros: It was my first time traveling with Amtrak, never expected to be that good. Train was on time, arrived on time clean and spacious seat, views were wonderful. Cons: I believe everything was good. Tips: I highly recommend Amtrak, comfortable seats for long distance, I am planing to travel to Idaho.

Pros: I could only print my receipt but not the ticket itself. No problem, as I was checking in the agent was able to print one for me. Thank God for good guys like that agent. Cons: No improvement needed. Tips: Yes, I plan to go to Seattle and return to Vancouver.
