I like that there are charge ports for each seat to charge phones or computers and a disposable bag for garbage in each section.
Cons
the bathroom could be cleaner considering the current pandemic - supplied with toilet paper, disposable wipes and/or a sanitizer dispenser.
Tips
Be sure to check the travel schedule, arrive an hour in advance from departure time as a contingency and check for the maintenance of the bus prior to boarding for precautionary measures due to the pandemic.

Pros
I like that the bus ride was quick and peaceful. My luggage was left in NY on the curb and the staff were really helpful to us. Great service.
Cons
Make sure that riders know that they have to place their own luggage on the bus, and make sure there is no vomit or trash in the seats before the next riders board the bus.
Tips
Place your own luggage on the bus.

Pros
Pick up location
Cons
Do not oversell tickets. Too many people were booked on this bus and about 30 of us had to wait for next one- outside in the sun/heat for 40 mins.
Tips
Be prepared to have to take the next bus. This happens often.

Pros
The staff was extremely helpful and nice (the pickup spot was new to my partner and I, but we were guided with ease and felt a lot of relief thanks to the staff and some other passengers). We arrived to our destination right on time and the seats/bus ride was as comfort...More
Cons
Maybe some help with WiFi if possible. I'm not sure if the bus I was on had working WiFi but it's always helpful for long rides so people can get work done/watch tv/etc.
Tips
This is probably one of the best options for a bus ride. I have rode with Wanda Coach, MegaBus, OurBus, Peter Pan, and Greyhound. This is one of my top favorite bus companies price wises and generosity wise and I will definitely be riding with them again in the future.
